  • Jurgen took the initiative to found Riverguide Capital in 2025 to fulfil the demand for an accessible deal by deal platform for professional investors

  • Before founding Riverguide Capital, Jurgen built his Private Equity dealmaking track record at Cape Investment Partners and at Quadrum Capital where he was involved in a number of transactions

  • Before entering the Private Equity industry, Jurgen worked in the M&A and Transaction Services departments of PwC / Strategy& Deals, primarily specialising in Commercial Due Diligence as an engagement manager

Education

  • Jurgen holds an MBA from London Business School (Private Equity concentration) and MSc in Finance from VU University Amsterdam
